These SMS Terms describe the text-messaging program BranchText Missed-Call Text-Back, operated by businesses using BranchText (powered by Onederful LLC).

Program description

When you call a business that uses BranchText and the call isn't answered, you may receive an automated text message from the business so they can follow up with you. You may also receive follow-up messages about a quote or estimate you requested.

How you give consent (opt-in)

You opt in by calling the business first. When you call the business's published phone number and the call isn't answered, the call is forwarded to its text-enabled number, which answers with a spoken message telling you the business is texting you right now — for example: “Sorry we missed your call! [The business] is texting you right now — reply there and we'll get right back to you.” The text is then sent to the number you called from, as a direct response to your call. Your consumer-initiated call is the only way numbers enter this program — the business never sends a text to anyone who has not called it first, and we never message numbers obtained from purchased, rented, or third-party lists. Message frequency varies and message & data rates may apply; if you did not want the text, reply STOP once and you will receive no further messages, or reply HELP for help.
