When you call a business that uses BranchText and the call isn't answered, you may receive an automated text message from the business so they can follow up with you. You may also receive follow-up messages about a quote or estimate you requested.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.
