This Privacy Policy explains how Onederful LLC ("we") collects and uses information in connection with BranchText (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account & business information you provide: name, email, password, business name, phone number, service area, time zone, and billing details (payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers).
• Messaging data processed for you: the phone numbers, call events, and message content of the people who contact your business. We process this on your behalf to provide the Service.
• Usage and log data generated when you use the Service.

2. How we use information

To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service; to send the automated and follow-up texts you configure; to bill you; to provide support; and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Service providers

We share information with vendors who help us run the Service, including:

• Twilio — telephony and SMS delivery
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email

These providers process data under their own terms and only as needed to perform services for us. We do not sell personal information.

4. Your customers' data

With respect to the phone numbers and messages of people who contact your business, you are the controller and we act as your processor. You are responsible for having the right to provide that information and for your messaging practices (see our Terms of Service).

5. Opt-out

Recipients can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE); replying HELP returns help information. Opt-outs are honored automatically.

6. Data retention & security

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, though no system is perfectly secure.

7. Your choices

You may access or update your account information, or request deletion of your account, by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

8. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy; material changes will be posted here with an updated version.
